1. Is the event only for runners?
Absolutely not! We welcome runners, joggers, walkers – everyone young or old is welcome.

2. What time will the event in Leopardstown start?
It starts at 12pm for the 10k route and 12.30pm for the 5k route.

4. Is there parking available?
Parking is available on and near the site on a first come first serve basis. The Luas is nearby also – within walking distance.

5. Is there a collection point for T shirts /race bib in advance?
Yes, event packs can be collected at Leopardstown Race Course on 30th August.

6. Can someone register on the day if they miss the deadline?
Yes, you can register but there will be limited space available.

7. Is the event timed?
No it’s not officially timed – so please wear your wearable to record your time.

8. How can I fundraise for you?
On registration, you will be sent an online fundraising page that you can personalise and share easily with family and friends.

9. How can I share my participation with my friends and family?
Before the event you will be sent assets that you can use on your own social profiles, please tag #VeryPinkRun #VPR2024 and @verypinkrun to show you’re part of our pink tribe!

10. Of the entry fee – how much goes to Breast Cancer Ireland?
The event costs associated with this event are covered through the generosity of our many sponsors, so entry fee income and sponsorship funds raised, go to support our ongoing research and awareness efforts.

VPR Kilkenny

1. Is the event only for runners?

It starts at 12pm for the 8k route and 12.15pm for the 4k route.

Limited parking is available.

5. Is there a collection point for T shirts /race bib in advance?
Yes, event packs can be collected on 31st August. Location to be confirmed.

6. Can someone register on the day if they miss the deadline?
Yes, you can register but there will be limited space available due to park restrictions.

7. Do you accept cash or prefer card registrations?
Cash and card accepted.

8. Is the event timed?

Parking is available on and around the MTU campus

5. Is there a collection point for T shirts /race bib in advance?
Yes, event packs can be collected on 7th September from MTU between 3-5pm. 

6. Can someone register on the day if they miss the deadline?
Yes, you can register but there will be limited space available due to park restrictions.
